Sheila Stewart- Executive Director of the Greene County Industrial Developments, Inc
Ms. Stewart previously served as the South Pittsburgh Market Manager and Vice President for First National Bank of PA from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that position, she served as the Vice President and Branch Manager of the Waynesburg branch of First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In her position, she was responsible for supervising branch operations, market and business development, and loan acquisition for the Greene County market. With over 35 years of banking experience, Sheila has served in various capacities in the banking industry and is actively involved in her community. She attended Waynesburg University, where she majored in Business. She is an active member and/or officer/trustee with the following organizations: Washington Health System, Greene County Memorial Hospital Foundation, Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Waynesburg, Greene County United Way and EverGreene Technology Park, Inc. Prior to her current position as the executive director of Greene County Industrial Developments, Inc, she served as the Treasurer of GCIDC.
Sheila previously served the following organizations: Greene County Industrial Development Authority, Corner Cupboard Food Bank, Greene County Historical Society, King Coal Association, Carmichaels Area Chamber of Commerce and Waynesburg Central Boys’ Basketball Boosters. She has been credited with assisting in the creation of two area organizations: Waynesburg High School Baseball Boosters in 1997 and Rain Day Scholarship, Inc. in 2002. Sheila is a current member of Waynesburg Bible Chapel, serving for many years as a Junior Church Teacher and Nursery Worker. She lives in Waynesburg with husband Ray. They have two adult children, J.P. Barger, Kaylie Barger and two grandchildren.
